My name is Monica Mercer, and I founded New Walk Senior Care Management because I believe no family should have to navigate the complexities of aging alone.
With a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and years of experience in healthcare, care coordination, scheduling, client advocacy, and supporting families through difficult transitions, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage appointments, communicate with providers, coordinate services, and ensure a loved one receives the support they deserve.
I created New Walk to provide something many families are searching for—a consistent, trusted person who will walk alongside them, provide guidance, coordinate care, and help bring clarity during challenging times.
As your dedicated care manager, you will work directly with me. My commitment is to provide compassionate, professional, and personalized support while treating every client with dignity, respect, and genuine care.
